Nail Techniques is a family owned business located in Edmonton Alberta. Our Edmonton Showroom is open 6 days a week, and you can shop our online store 24/7. Nail Techniques was started in 2003 by Cheryl McLaughlin, and is also the home of Fuzion Gel.

Nail Techniques carries top brands like Fuzion, Koko&Claire, Ugly Duckling, Light Elegance, Footlogix, Clear Jelly Stamper and more! We strive to provide quality products, advanced education and fast, cost effective shipping.

SHIPPING POLICIES

Canadian Customers:

*Free Shipping on orders over $200.00 before taxes (After discounts are applied)

$100 - $200 Flat rate of $10

*Weight and Size Restrictions may apply – our shipping department will contact you to discuss subsidized shipping options.

*During major sales events e.g., Black Friday, Boxing Day, 12% Tuesday shipping rates are as follows:

$0 - $149.99 Regular rates apply

$150 - $300 Flat rate of $10

Over $300 Free shipping

International Customers:

Customers can select the shipping option preferred at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any customs, duty, taxes.

We do our very best to process all orders within 24-48 hours (Business Days only, we currently do not process or ship orders on weekends or Statutory Holidays). Please note: Orders that include a PRE-ORDER item will be held in full until release date.

RETURN POLICIES

Customer has 3 business days to report any missing or damaged parts from date of receiving any merchandise.

All returns must be pre-authorized by Nail Techniques and any associated shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns, Course Cancellations and/or Exchanges may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All sales are considered final unless product failures are due to manufacturer defect.

Absolutely NO returns/exchanges on discontinued, sale or used merchandise.

There are no returns/refunds/exchanges after 30 days.

Refunding payments through Sezzle

Will be charged a 6.5% fee regardless the reason for refund ***

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item/s. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3 business days. **
