This warranty is for manufacturer defects only, such as:

·         Timer no longer working.

·         Sensor to activate light not working and no gel remnants inside lamp near sensors.

·         Lamp will not turn on when plugged in.

Exclusions - The warranty does not cover the following:

·         Damages resulting from misuse, improper handling, or neglect of the product.

        Reduced battery function over time.

·         Damages caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.

·         Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents.

·         Damages caused by accidents, fire, water, or any other external factors beyond our control.

         Recommended to use a reflective base insert.

***** Customer must return the product to Koko & Claire for inspection. Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. When product is deemed defective a replacement will be sent. Shipping for the replacement product will be Koko & Claire's responsibitly.
