In Mastering Rebalancing & Proficiency, we’ll focus on practical techniques that help you streamline your appointments, improve your efficiency, and reduce the time you spend on each set, without sacrificing the quality of your work or burning yourself out.
You’ll learn proper and efficient techniques for bulk product removal, addressing lifting, cuticle and nail prep, gel rebalancing, and effective filing. We’ll also cover product selection, appointment organization, time management, and how to provide clients with clear aftercare and maintenance instructions.
This hands-on class is designed to help you become more proficient, consistent, and confident in your fills and rebalancing services, so you can work smarter, maintain quality, and increase your earning potential.
Hands-On Practice
Students will complete a fill and rebalancing service on their own hand, allowing you to put the techniques into practice with guidance throughout the class.
Students Need
- One hand with nails that are ready for a fill/rebalance
- Forms
- Tiny scissors
- All gels and bonders needed to build and rebalance a nail
- Gel brushes
- E-file
- UV/LED curing lamp
- E-file bits:
- Medium sanding band
- Cuticle bits
- Product take-down bits
- Cuticle pusher & nippers
- Files & buffers
- Wipes & cleanser
